Last Days

Our lazy, carefree days are coming to an end. For the last week or so we've been busy with last minute check-ups, getting ready for school, errands, and trying to squeeze in our last days of fun. Today, we made our first visit to the Oklahoma Aquarium in Jenks and lunch on the river walk. Tonight, we went to "meet the teacher" and the kids enjoyed meeting their new teacher and checking out their new classroom. They have some pretty cool SMART Board technology in their classroom and their teacher already had the inside scoop into their unique personalities from their former teacher. I'm confident that they are in for another great year. I'm pretty sure the kids are not really excited about getting up early again, but they are excited to return to school. Tomorrow, we are off to soak up our final rays of the summer at Big Splash with friends. Should be a great way to end the summer.
