This post is long over due considering recital was over a month ago. I've been struggling to upload video and then I had good intentions of getting professional pictures but that hasn't happened.
Dancing with the Boys was this years recital theme, featuring boy band songs. Delaney danced to one of my favorite boy bands, New Kids on the Block. I love that she now knows some of their songs.
Recital this year was bitter sweet. After seven years, my tiny dancer is hanging up her ballet shoes for competitive cheer. I won't miss the drive to Sand Springs each week, but will miss watching her dance. I'm trying to remember that she's just trading in this stage for another. I'm pretty sure performing just runs in this girls blood!
