THANKSGIVING 2011
It was a beautiful Thanksgiving Day. After our first meal at Patrick and Julie's house, the kids burned off a few calories playing football. Then, later in the afternoon we headed off to Laura's for meal #2, where the kids enjoyed playing with more of their cousins. It's safe to say, another holiday passed with many great memores made.

Silver Dollar City 2011
This year we asked our friends, the Taylors to join us on what has become our annual trip to Branson. We were so happy they decided to join us. The boys of course were beside themselves to have their best friend with them and the girls got along great. At times, it was as if we didn't even have kids with us.
I can't say as I was ready for Christmas this year, but once again the beauty of Silver Dollar City, at Christmas has me saying...bring it on!
Holiday Dance Tour 2011
Our first stop was the usual, Night of Giving at the Promenade Mall. Delaney's teacher, Mrs. Kreder came out to watch her perform, which just made her night.
We have new costumes this year. They are very similar to the previous years but some of the girls had outgrown their costumes and we were unable to order the exact ones. Is it just me or my little girl looking older eveyday?

Seriously, I wonder where I found my entertainment before I had children. They say something every day that amuses me. I wish I could remember even half of it.
As the kids were working on their dinosaur posters, I overheard the following:
Jax to Delaney: Ya know, your kind of a know it all...but... in a good way.
The other morning in the car:
Jax (speaking to Baylor): Are you buckled?
Baylor: Nooooo..I'm have some tech-ini-cal difficulties here.
Okay, probably only a mother would find these silly moments noteworthy, but these are some of the moments I'd like to remember some day.

2 OSU Players & a Zebra
No theme this year.
Delaney and her friend, Emily found zebra hats while shopping at Justice, so they declared they would be zebras. I wasn't exactly sure how we were going to pull that off but we managed to do all right.

Just as the boys were once obsessed with Star Wars, they are now obsessed with OSU and football, so this was an easy decision and costume choice for them. Baylor wanted to be Mike Gundy at the last minute but I didn't have time to pull that off.
We actually kept Halloween to a two-day event this year. We enjoyed the carnival at church and then trick-or-treating on Halloween.
