4 Weeks till Vacation

The kids are counting down the days till vacation. A part of the kids bedtime routine is talking with Rick about vacation. Jax has started a list of everything that he should watch out for: snapping sea shells, octopus, starfish etc. He has also formed a team with his brother and dad, named "The Ward" boys. Delaney recites our vacation itinerary from the time we leave till the time we arrive.

Down On The Farm

The kids had their end of the year program Thursday evening. I was able to leave training early and fly standby. When I arrived, they told me that the flight I wanted was overbooked. It wasn't looking good; I just prayed for a miracle and God delivered. It was so cute. Here are a few clips. The best is at the end. Delaney loves the chicken dance!!!

OKC Heart Walk

Chill'n before the walk!

We participated in the Oklahoma City Heart walk to support our good friends Adam, Faith and their precious son, Gavin who was born with a heart defect. Besides being one of the cutest most adorable kids on the planet, he is a true fighter. He has been through so much in just the first 18 months of his life but God continues to find ways to bless him and his amazing parents.

We had a great time at the walk and then went to a park for lunch. It was a nice family day!
